Digital files will be emailed to you as high resolution jpeg files. If you choose the printed version, the print is printed on 69lb premium photo paper. If you choose the printed and framed version, the print will be placed in a modern black wooden frame with plexiglass.

You can also request team name, year, logo and particular terms or phrases you would like in addition to names. These will count as one name each as well. Feel free to request a particular color as well to match your team colors.

Digital Proofs
A digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours to your email address on file if you select the checkbox above requesting a proof or if you have a custom design. Please be sure to respond as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery and avoid any delays in production and shipment. Also check your Junk mailbox to make sure it didn't go there. If I do not hear back from you within 2 days, I will assume all is good, and move to production. If you did not select a digital proof, these will immediately go into production.

If you select the printed version, production will take 1-2 days and will ship via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 2-5 days. You have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail (1-3 days) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) at checkout to get it sooner.

Can I get a digital proof?
A digital proof will be emailed to you from aquach@ladesignboutique.com within 24 hours for personalized items if you request it. Please keep a lookout for an email from me and approve the proof immediately to ensure timely delivery of your product. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, I will automatically move to production to ensure timely delivery.
Can I change the colors?
Yes, you can select different colors for the names. You can even do more than one color if you team has more than one color.
Can I change some of the words or phrases?
Yes, you can let me know if you want to change any of the words or phrases and replace them with another word or phrase. Each one of these will count as one name.
What is shipping time and cost?
Once you approve the digital proof, the print will ship within 1-2 business days if you did not select digital format. Free shipping is offered on orders over $35 in the U.S. that will automatically be applied at checkout. Domestic orders under $35 are subject to a shipping fee of $5.99. International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
If I select the digital format, can I print more than one copy?
I understand you may be tight on time and budget and may want to print them yourself for faster turnaround. You can select the digital format where you are allowed to print as many copies as you like for the whole team.
For the digital format, what paper do you suggest I print on?
For best quality, we suggest printing on glossy cardstock or photo paper for better color.
Can I choose any color for the names?
You can choose any color but please keep in mind that lighter color shades will work better if you choose the dark background whereas darker color shades are more visible on the white background.
Can I pay a rush fee to get it sooner?
Yes! At checkout, you have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days, or Priority Mail Express which takes 1-2 days to arrive. Feel free to contact me if you want to make sure.
