Can I get a sample of your work?
Many samples of our work can be viewed on the website. If you would like to see actual finished products of real occasions we have done from beginning to end, please visit our blog. If you are concerned about the outcome of your work, rest assured that you will receive a digital proof via email to approve before anything is finalized and goes to print.
What is the ordering process?
If you are requesting a custom design, once you have contacted us and have given us all the information we need to get started on your design, we will send you a detailed price quote on the order. Once all the details have been established and you have confirmed exactly what items you will need and quantities, you will then be given a link to place your order. Then we will start the design process and send you a digital proof to approve or make edits to. As soon as all the edits are made and finalized, we will immediately start on production. If you are only ordering the design, then of course, the file will be sent to you immediately and will take a much shorter amount of time than assembling and sending the invites as well.
I don’t see any design that matches what I am looking for, can you custom design my vision?
This is what La Design Boutique specializes in! We welcome our client’s fresh, new ideas and will work with you throughout the design process to make your vision come true. We know how important it is to make your special day one of a kind and we will do what we can to facilitate the process.
How long will the design process take?
Each design is unique to each client’s requests and vision. The first proof of the sample will be sent via email within one to two weeks depending on the complexity of the design unless we have discussed expediting the order. The finished product will vary with how many edits are needed. However, La Design Boutique works on a very time pressured manner and will always try to get your designs to you as quickly as possible.
Can I get a price quote before ordering or putting a deposit down?
Yes! Planning a special event can be extremely stressful with hidden costs and unexpected expenditures. Once you have given us all the details of your vision, and we get a good idea of what you want, we will send you a price quote with everything broken down to help you decide what you want.
Can I purchase the design only and do it myself?
La Design Boutique is a company that prides itself in quality work at a great price. The primary service we offer is the option to just purchase our digital design file and save some money by doing it yourself. We know how cumbersome and costly planning an event is. This way, you can save money in doing it yourself but avoid the stress of putting the design together on the computer. We will prepare everything for you once the design is done and have all the files sent to you ready to immediately print without any extra edits or manipulating on your part.
Do you design other items other than invitations like programs, menu cards, or seating cards?
Yes! La Design Boutique has no limits in what they design. Whatever the occasion is, and whatever you need to be designed, we will cater to your every need. We are a design company and will design anything you request. Please refer to our Services link for other items we have designed in the past…. If you don’t see something that you want, email us and we will work it out with you and make it happen! Other items that we have done in the past include programs, menu cards, seating cards, table names, monograms for party favors, address labels, décor flaps to insert in envelopes, flyers, and collages.
Can the font or color be changed if I don’t like the way it is on the sample?
Of course! Before you have placed your order inquiry, or after you have seen your proof, you may inform us of the font you would like to change to and we will see if we can get that for you. If you have a specific color that is not shown on our color schemes, go ahead and send over a file or jpeg of the color and we will color match it. Please keep in mind that there may be a slight color difference since we use a different printer than what you may have at home.
Can the text be changed from what is shown on the sample?
Yes! The samples are merely samples to give you ideas. You may change anything and/or everything on them. We are a design company catering to every client’s unique need. Every order will be special and unique in its own way. We want it to be exactly what YOU have envisioned.
We need some of our invites in a different language, is that possible?
If you need your invites in any language that requires the regular alphabetic letters, then we can definitely do it as long as you send us all the text exactly the way you want it. If the language involves characters beyond the alphabet, we would need you to type it all out for us and we will take your file and place it into the design.
We have designed our own monogram that we would like to be incorporated on the invite, is that possible?
La Design Boutique welcomes any designs you have created on your own! As long as you have a jpeg file that you can email us with a high enough resolution for us to apply to your order, it can be done easily! Have a question that was not asked here?
