You have three convenient options when purchasing this item:
1. Digital File: If you do not need any personalization, your file will be available for download after you place your order. If you would like personalization, your high resolution jpeg file at 300 dpi will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase (sometimes sooner) in the size you select. You can choose from three different sizes - 8"x10", 11"x14", and 16"x20". Please note nothing will be physically shipped to you if you choose the digital file version. The best part about this option is that you get the file quickly and can print yourself or bring to a local printer. You also have the option of having it loose and writing directly onto it, or frame it and turn it into your own dry erase board.
2. Printed: Your print will be printed on 69lb premium glossy photo paper. You will get to select the frame you would like on your own. No frame is included. 8"x10" prints will be mailed in a flat envelope whereas 11"x14" prints will be mailed in a white mailing tube. If you have any personalizations, a digital proof will be emailed to you within 48 hours to review and edit if necessary. Please be sure to check your inbox for an email from us and respond so we can have your print shipped immediately.
3. Printed and Framed: Your print will be printed on 69lb premium glossy photo paper and framed in a white frame, bubble wrapped, and packaged with tissue paper to make a great gift. The white frame is made of a lightweight, high quality acrylic resin with real glass for clear view and easy use. An Expo branded ultra fine point black dry erase marker is also included. The flatter yet decorative beveled frame makes it easy to write on the frame comfortably. Only tissue is required to easily wipe off any writing.

A digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours to your email address on file if you select the checkbox above requesting a proof or if you have a custom design. Please be sure to respond as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery and avoid any delays in production and shipment. Also check your Junk mailbox to make sure it didn't go there. If I do not hear back from you within 2 days, I will assume all is good, and move to production. If you did not select a digital proof, these will immediately go into production.

Production will take 1-3 days and will ship via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 2-5 days. You have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail (1-3 days) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) at checkout to get it sooner.

Can I get a digital proof?
A digital proof will be emailed to you from aquach@ladesignboutique.com within 24 hours for personalized items if you request it. Please keep a lookout for an email from me and approve the proof immediately to ensure timely delivery of your product. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, I will automatically move to production to ensure timely delivery.
What is shipping time and cost?
Free shipping is offered on orders over $35 in the U.S. that will automatically be applied at checkout. Domestic orders under $35 are subject to a shipping fee of $5.99. International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Can I pay a rush fee to get it sooner?
Yes! At checkout, you have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days, or Priority Mail Express which takes 1-2 days to arrive. Feel free to contact me if you want to make sure.
